More People. More Programs. Not Enough Room.
O'Fallon has doubled in size over the past 30 years. The number of visitors to the Library has increased, and the ways people use the Library have changed. But the building hasn't kept pace.
Today, there simply isn’t enough room for the programs and services our community wants. Kids, adults and seniors are already being turned away because programs are full and space is limited.
The proposed Library would provide the space residents are asking for today, with flexibility to adapt as the needs of our community change.
It’s time for a bigger library built for O’Fallon today and tomorrow.

IT’S A SMART INVESTMENT IN O’FALLON
The Library has already saved $5 million toward the project, reducing the amount that needs to be financed.
Studies conducted over the last two years indicate that building a new Library is more cost-effective than renovating and expanding the existing building.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3.
Polls will be open from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Not registered to vote by the deadline? You can still vote right up to election day via the Illinois law known as Grace Period Registration and Voting. Visit the St. Clair County Clerk’s Website to learn about this process.
Early Voting
Early voting will be available from September 24 through November 2, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the St. Clair County Clerk’s Office Election Department located on the second floor at 10 Public Square in Belleville.

O’Fallon Township Office at 801 East State Street in O’Fallon
The Jerome Early Childhood Center (Gym) at 1825 Jerome Lane in Cahokia Heights.
Weekday hours vary closer to Election Day:
From October 19 to October 23, sites are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
From October 26 to October 30 and on November 2, hours extend until 7:00 p.m.
Weekend voting is also available with different hours:
Saturday, October 24, from 9 a.m. to noon
Sunday, October 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday, October 31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, November 1, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
